Dubai is one of my favorite holiday location. I enjoy the weather and the shopping *winks*. I love travelling. I love getting off the aircraft and getting a feel of my new environment for a few days. The only part of planning a trip that I dread is packing. I like to travel super light, but as a fashion lover I also love to have options. Read on for my must-haves for staying fashionable while travelling light *winks*

1.
Black Leggings: When packing  you need to have at the back of your mind to pack things you can wear more than once. I always take a pair of leggings (black) because it matches all my tops and shoes. If you don't like the black leggings take a neutral color that can  go with anything. The hot weather equivalent would be a pair of loose black shorts

2.
A Leather Jacket Something else that matches everything and can be worn for both day and night, my leather jacket is still my favorite investment. Wear it on the plane, since this will be your bulkiest piece.

3.
Flats: I love flats. I usually take two or three pairs. They are super comfortable and can be worn all day. You can also try cute sneaker that are comfortable for a walk around the city. Flat sandals are also good for fun and causal outings.

4.
A Pair of heelsI love going out at night to experience the local scene, and in cities like Paris, Geneva and Dubai you are definitely going to feel out of place in sneakers or flats. And even if you’re not heading to a major city, it’s my personal philosophy that there’s ALWAYS room in your bag for a pair of heels!

5.
Accessorize:  I might only take three to five outfits with me on a 10 day trip, but you can bet I have ten fun accessories packed up. From statement necklaces to earrings, chunky bracelets, scarves and belts, accessories take up much less space and allow you get creative with just a t-shirt and jeans or leggings.

6.
A pair of Jeans; You can never  go wrong with a pair of jeans and a tank top. I always take a pair of jeans for that day you just don't feel like dressing up.

7.
Tops: It is always advisable to pack non-wrinkling tops because irons are not widely available. Skip the whole hassle and simply pack versatile tops  that can be worn both day and night also putting into consideration the local culture of the country you are visiting.

8.
Dresses:  Even if you don’t have a fancy night out planned, you should still pack for any occasion. You never know what could happen!

I hope this was helpful. I am off to pack for my trip!
